Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an uncommon soft tissue tumour that involves the dermis, subcutaneous fat and in rare cases, muscle fascia.The typically presents as a slowly growing, firm plaque on trunk of young adults. It has intermediate malignant potential with tendency for local recurrence. The treatment generally wide excision negative margins. rarely vulva not many such cases have been reported literature. In this case report, authors describe DFSP involving mons pubis elderly female.
